Assistant Project Manager

About the position
We are looking for an assistant project manager to provide administrative and tactical support for our different projects. We’re looking for an ambitious and organized individual to join our team!
The tasks include but are not limited to:
Assist the project manager in managing the day-to-day details of each project
Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects
Generate invoices for clients based on services rendered
Conduct research for the different projects
Assist the project manager in report & grant writing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Savvy research skills – able to find elusive information, both on and off line in creative ways
Positive attitude, team player, resourceful nature, attention to detail, and excellent problem solving capabilities
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps
Knowledge of Chinese and/or Spanish a plus
We need someone to start immediately. This is a part-time contract position that could lead to a permanent placement. We work regular hours with some exceptions. College degree preferred but not necessary.
